Falcons crush SUNY-Canton in Sunrise Championship rematch

Lynn, MA - Victor Lebron's RBI ground out in the bottom of the first proved to be enough as the Fisher Falcons were too much for SUNY- Canton in a 12-0 win.  The Falcons improved to 7-15 after beating their former Sunrise Conference rivals.

Seven Falcon pitchers combined for a one hit shutout in the rematch of last season's Sunrise Conference Champsionship game.  Freshman Alex Fowler went two innings and allowed the hit to record his second win of the season.

10 Falcons combined for 14 hits on the evening, led by Eridani Dume, Kenny Kahle, Jose Paulino and Lebron who each had 2 hits.

Dume also had 3 stolen bases to increase his team lead to 19.  Overall the Falcons stole 7 bases on the evening.  Fisher currently ranks 15th in the nation in stolen bases per game.

Fisher and SUNY- Canton take the field again Friday for a 4pm doubleheader. The Falcons will look to continue their impressive home record which currently stands at 6-0.
