Falcons Extends Home Winning Streak to 10 with 23-run offensive outburst

Lynn, MA -- Fisher College scored 23 runs in win including 12 runs in a single inning versus University of Maine-Presque Isle, 23-4.

The Falcons were not only able to extend their home winning streak to 10, but they were also able to increase their overall win streak to 12 games in the second game of the double header today against University of Maine-Presque Isle.

The Falcons offence was on point today with 13 different hitter gaining a hit, lead by four hits by both Juniors Davidson Peguero (West Roxbury, MA) and Brett Remon (Salem, MA). Peguero also drove in four runs for the Falcons.

The Falcons were able to score six runs in the first, 12 runs in the second, fours in the fourth, and one run in the sixth to total 23 runs while the Owls was able to get two runs in both the second and seventh innings to account for their four runs.

Senior Casey Reed (Ossipee, NH) started on the mound for the Falcons, going four innings the Falcons also used three different relievers for an inning a piece just like the game before.

The Falcons will look to extend their winning streak when they faceoff against Framingham St. at home on Wednesday April 10, 2013 with a start time of 7 PM.
