The Falcons tacked on 4 more runs in the 6th and 2 in the 7th capped off by Davidson Peguero's (Boston, MA) 3-run homer in the top of the 6th. The home run was Peguero's 3rd of the season.

Freshmen Brian Rosa (Queens, NY) and Jose Maldonado (Toa Alto, PR) combined for 2 and 1/3 innings to close out the win.  Rosa was touched up for 1 earned run in the 8th but Maldonado achieved a clean 9th to preserve the victory.
