Falcons clipped by Framingham State

Lynn – The Framingham State University Rams used a four run fifth inning to down the Fisher College Falcons in a NAIA-NCAA crossover matchup Monday night at Fraser Field in Lynn, MA.  The loss drops the Falcons to 15-12 on the season while FSU improves to 15-9.

Junior Joshua Torres suffered the loss for the hosts, lasting just 4 and 2/3 innings. The lefty allowed four runs on four hits and four walks while managing five strikeouts.

Seniors Devin Perry, Dylan Moss and Jessue Alvarado each had two hits for the Falcons, who failed to score until the 7th inning.

Fisher returns to action Tuesday afternoon when they travel to the College of St. Joseph's in Vermont for a 2:00 p.m. doubleheader.
