Fisher College Takes Down Framingham State, 73-50

Lynn, MA- Senior Kevin Nascimento (Harlem, NY) netted a game-high 15 points off the bench as the Fisher College men's basketball team earned its 21st win of the season with a 73-50 final over visiting Framingham State University Thursday night at the Fecteau-Leary Gymnasium. The win also marked Head Coach David Lindberg's 150th of his career.

The Falcons wrapped up the 2014-15 season with an overall record of 21-7 and depart for the NAIA Association of Independent Institutions Tournament in New Mexico late next week.
Fisher also received a stellar effort from senior O.J. Moore (Houston, TX) who shot 4-for-9 for 10 points and collected five rebounds. Both Tyler Shular and Geodice Ortiz added nine points apiece for the Falcons.
Framingham State (6-18) saw three student-athletes reach double-figures as Joseph McCabe, Bertholyn Alexandre, and Ronnie DeBarros each had 10 points. Tim McCarthy led the Rams with seven rebounds in the loss.
 

The Rams will finish off their regular season on Saturday afternoon as they travel to Worcester State University for a 3:00pm start.
