Falcons Fall to Cross Town Rivals Emerson

Boston, MA – Senior Tyler Shular scored a game-high 22 points but it wasn't enough as the Falcons drop a non-conference road game to the Emerson College Lions. The Falcons held a four point half time lead but eventually fell to the hosts 76-68.

Shular and Malik Wilson (19 pts) were the only Falcons to score in double-figures on the night despite having seven different scorers in the game.  Fisher went 25-for-60 (41.7%) from the field but only 7-for-21 (33.3%) from behind the arc.

Fisher held a 33-27 rebounding advantage over the Lions and managed only 12 turnovers to Emerson's 13. However the visiting Falcons could only manage 13 points off turnovers while Emerson earned a decisive 23 points.

Emerson collected 41 points of the bench to Fisher's 29 points and had a 28-20 points in the paint advantage.

The 2-2 Falcons return to the court Saturday December 5th when they take on the Coast Guard Academy in the Connecticut College Tip-off tournament.
