Falcons Close out Season in A.I.I. Conference Tournament

POINTLOOKOUT, MO.-- The Fisher College men's basketball team finished their season February 24 at the A.I.I. Conference Tournament hosted by the College of the Ozarks.  The Falcons finished their season with a 20-9 record after the 64-52 loss to Central Christian College.  

Central Christian College held an early 17-8 lead at the 12:16 mark in the first half. The Falcons fought back to come within a point over the next three minutes. The two sides traded baskets with Fisher College holding the 27-25 lead after 20 minutes of play.

In the second half, the back and forth continued with Central Christian College going back in front by two at 17:11. The Tigers continued to lead throughout the half and made a late run to extend their lead to double digits.  By the final buzzer, Central Christian had held off Fisher for the 64-52 win.

Sam Clayborn had 17 points for Central Christian and Jubril Osagie had a game high 15 rebounds. Malik Wilson led Fisher College with 17 points and 12 rebounds.
