Bill Maddock enters his fifth season as the Head Coach of the men's soccer program. Since his arrival on Beacon Street in 2011, Maddock has already become the most successful coach in school history.

In 2014 Maddock guided men’s soccer to a record number of wins and to the brink of post season action. Men’s soccer finished with an 8-10 overall record and set program records in wins (8), total assists (42), total points (150), shots (342) and shots on goal (188).

In 2014 sophomore Tyler Gahara became the first Falcon to amass 100 career points.  The forward has already accumulated 112 total points (51G/10A) in just 34 career games. Gahara’s record setting season earned him 1st team all-conference honors.

Joining Gahara on the all-conference teams were 2nd team recipients Matthew Miller and Sergio Messa and honorable mention honorees Nkrumah Gowie and Jacob West.

The 2013 squad included five Association of Independent Institutions All-Conference Selections. Tyler Gahara and Robert Abreu ’17 were named to the Second Team while Caio Gomes ’15, Robert Milne, ’17 and Miller ’17 received Honorable Mention accolades.  The Falcons offense set a new school record with 57 goals on the season.

A 2009 graduate of Newbury College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management, Bill was a three-year starter in baseball and soccer for the Nighthawks. At Newbury, Maddock captained both teams his senior year and was the first athlete in conference or school history to earn 1st Team All New England Collegiate Conference Honors in two different sports.

A 2005 graduate of Marshfield High School in Marshfield, Massachusetts, Maddock was a three-sport varsity starter, earning all Atlantic Coast League honors in soccer as a senior, and Patriot Ledger All Scholastic in baseball. Prior to MHS, Maddock attended the American School in London, England where he was a two year varsity starter in three sports and captained the basketball team as a sophomore.

A native of Marshfield, Massachusetts, Maddock earned a Masters of Education in Sports Administration from Endicott College in May 2011 and is also the Assistant Baseball Coach at Fisher College.
