Falcons dominate Warriors; 107-25

BOSTON -- Visiting Fisher College limited Pratt Institute to 20.8 percent shooting and took a 29-4lead after the first quarter, too much for the Warriors to overcome the remainder of the game.

Murphy Carroll (Methuen, Mass.) dominated the night with a game-high 35 points.  Twin Madison Carroll (Methuen, Mass.) and Christine Briggs (Rumford, Maine) helped the Falcons out both grabbing double-double figures on the night.  Briggs had 22 points and grabbed 12 rebounds while Madison Carroll scored 12 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

For Vaughn, sophomore guard Maria Rivers led the team with 12 points and 5 rebounds.  Junior center Ciara Boggs also tallied double digits for the Warriors with 10 points and four rebounds in only 20 minutes.

The Warriors had a dominant third quarter only getting outscored by a basket, 14-12.  Fisher shot 64.5 percent from the floor while shooting 53.8 percent in their 107-25 victory.

Fisher College will return to action Janurary 21 when they travel to Nashua, New Hampshire to take on the Raiders of Rivier University with a 7:00 p.m. tip-off.
