LEICESTER, Mass. --- The Becker College women's soccer team lost 3-0 to visiting Fisher College on Thursday evening at Alumni Field in Leicester. The Falcons are now 2-0 on the season while Becker drops their first match for a record of 2-1.
Senior Julia Schojan (Rochester, N.Y./Greece Athena HS) scored two goals to lead the Falcons of Fisher to the win. Senior Holly Lesperance (Litchfield, N.H./Campbell HS) also scored while senior goalie Paige Ciavarro (Lynnfield, Mass./Lynnfield HS) recorded five saves to earn the shutout.
The Hawks of Becker (2-1) received three saves from junior goalkeeper Jordyn Martel (Chicopee, Mass. / Chicopee).
The Falcons have a while to rest before they hit the road again to take on Bay Path Univeristy on Wednesday, September 13.
