Fisher Volleyball Ends Weekend 2-1

HENNIKER, N.H.—The New England College volleyball team split a pair of matches today by scores of 3-0, following to Fisher College in the morning before rallying for a victory over Curry College in the final match of the day.

With today's results, NEC improves to 2-1 on the season.

FISHER 3, NEC 0 – 25-19, 25-20, 26-24
Fisher's Cynthia Huerta had 19 of the team's 36 kills in the first match, followed by Lia Ames with nine and Natie Manalo with five.

On NEC's side, Dreka Griffin (Calera, Ala.) tallied seven kills, while Kayleigh MacDougall (Farmington, N.H.) and Kaitlyn Walker (Cottonwood, Calif.) had five apiece. MacDougall also posted a team-best 12 digs.

The Pilgrims were not able to build momentum throughout the match and had 18 attack errors.
