Steady performances by Govanna Rosado have earned the Fisher College freshman the Association of Independent Institutions' volleyball player of the week award. This is her first A.I.I. award of the 2017 season.

Rosado collected 49 assists and 31 digs in helping Fisher to a 1-1 record last Saturday in the Northeastern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference tournament at Delphi, N.Y. She also tallied five aces and 16 kills in the two matches.

Fisher defeated State University of New York Delhi after losing to Maine-Fort Kent in the tournament.
