Poultney, VT- A double win weekend left the Fisher Falcons (17-11) with not only two wins, but a NIAC Championship title. The Falcons defeated Paul Smith’s College (13-8) 3-0 before vanquishing hosts Green Mountain College (9-11) 3-1 and taking home the hardware for the second season in a row.
Boston, MA- On Saturday, October 27th, the Falcons (14-10) will head to Green Mountain College to match up against the Eagles (7-10) in the NIAC Championship. The Falcons recorded their best overall record this season (14-10) and (2-0) in conference.
Cambridge, MA- The Fisher Falcons (15-11) looked to clean sweep the season series versus the Lesly Lynx (5-18) last night at Medford High School. The Falcons put on a strong showing, claiming the match in a successive sets. This is the third time the Falcons have beaten the Lynx this season, each match resulting in a 3 set to null victory, taking 9 straight sets from Lesley this year.
Boston, MA- The Fisher College Falcons (14-11) took on their second opponent in as many days taking on the Simmons Sharks (14-12) in a crosstown battle.
Weston, MA - With the post-season nearing, the Falcons (14-10) looked to improve on their historic winning season as they travel to Regis College to take on the Pride (12-13). Fisher held strong throughout the match in their attempt to bounce back from a tough loss this past weekend versus Eastern Nazarene and get back on the winning track.
Boston, MA- The Fisher Falcons Volleyball team (9-6) kept their winning streak alive defeating the Fitchburg State Falcons (2-14) in straight sets. This win for Fisher marks their 6th straight victory, all with 3-0 finishes. With 15 straight set victories leading them into today’s contest the Falcons were ready to continue to dominate on the court.
Chestnut Hill, MA- For the second time this month, the Falcons (4-6) have swept the Gators (0-8), 3-0 (25-10, 25-17, 25-8). Fisher did not trail the entire match, and look to use this momentum to the weekend.
