Julian Crowder enters the Fall 2019 season as the second-year Head Women's Soccer Coach at Fisher College. Crowder initially began his career at Fisher College as an assistant coach with the men’s soccer staff after finishing a three-year career at Dean College and University of Massachusetts – Boston; finishing with an Associate’s degree in Science in 2009 from Dean, while earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Fisher in 2018. During the 2017 season, Crowder was asked to take over operational and game oversight of the Fisher Falcons Women's Soccer team leading them into the conference post-season. In 2018, Crowder was promoted to the Head Coach of the Women's Soccer program with administrative oversight of the Men's Soccer program as well, finishing with a 4-11-1 record in his first season at the helm. Four of his players were nominated to the NIAC All-Conference team, while two of his players finished as AII All-Conference in his 2018 campaign.

Crowder comes to Fisher after coaching Fustal at the American Futbolito Sportplex and the SF Vikings, a Massachusetts based soccer club team. Coach Crowder was a two-year varsity starting goalkeeper at Salem HS in Salem. MA.  He also played in three futsal national tournaments.
