GWINNETT, GA. – The Continental Athletic Conference announced this morning that Fisher College junior Ronald Luke (Malden, Mass.) has been selected as the CAC Pitcher of the Week. This is the third time this season that a Falcon has been awarded this honor with William Carpenter (Brentwood, N.H.) and Christian Dow (Rochester, N.H.) also receiving these accolades on February 28th and March 7th, respectively.

The Northern Essex Community College transfer was outstanding in his only appearance as he led the Falcons to an important 2-1 win over fellow CAC member PSU-Schuylkill. The left-hander spun a complete game effort, limiting the Nittany Lions to just one run on six hits while striking out eight.

Luke and the rest of the Falcons will return to action on Wednesday afternoon with a double-header at Mitchell College in New London, Connecticut. Game one is set for 3pm.
