LAWRENCEVILLE, GA. – The Continental Athletic Conference announced earlier this morning that Fisher College senior Ronald Luke has been selected as the conference's Pitcher of the Week.

Luke was outstanding in his only outing of the week. The left-hander struck out 10 hitters in the team's 8-0 victory over Bryant & Stratton College Albany on Sunday afternoon. A native of Malden, Massachusetts, Luke evened his overall record to 3-3 with the complete game shutout after allowing just five hits without issuing a walk in the contest.

This is the fourth time that a member of the Fisher College Baseball program has earned CAC Pitcher of the Week honors. Luke joins juniors William De Gracia (Week 8), Yadiel Cuadrado (Week 6) and freshman Joziel Carmona (Week 7) to receive conference weekly honors. The Falcons will travel to Lyndonville, Vermont tomorrow afternoon as they return to action with a 3pm game against Vermont State Lyndon.
