Scott Dulin will enter his 23rd season as head baseball coach at Fisher College in 2024.

Alongside his baseball responsibilities, Dulin serves as the department’s Director of Athletics. He oversees Fisher’s 10-sport, NAIA Athletic Department, which competes in the competitive Continental Athletic Conference (formerly the Association of Independent Institutions (AII)). Dulin was also the College’s first Director of Athletics, holding that status from the beginning of the department in 2002 until 2015, when he moved into an athletic development role for the college. He filled in as the interim A.D. for ten months before having the tag removed in February of 2021.

In his 22 seasons as skipper, Dulin guided Fisher to seven consecutive Sunrise Conference championships and NAIA post-season appearances from 2005-2011. Over the course of his tenure, he has put together a 593-460-2 overall record and has gone 117-75 against conference counterparts. In his career, which included two seasons as the head coach at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, he has an overall record of 606-479-2.

In his guidance, Fisher has seen three NAIA All-Americans, one NAIA Gold Glove Award winner, 53 All-Region selections, seven conference player of the year, one conference pitcher of the year, six conference rookie of the year and 127 all-conference selections. The program has also captured seven conference championships, four NAIA Region X championships, three appearences in the NAIA Baseball Opening Round, and was nationally ranked at the end of the 2006 season (#25).

For his efforts, Coach Dulin has been named the conference coach of the year seven times, NAIA Region X coach of the year five times and was named the Coach of Character Award in 2007. He has also seen numerous former Falcons go on to play professional baseball with three being selected in the Major League Baseball amateur draft. Coach Dulin was also recieved the Robert "Ish" Smith Achievement Award presented by the NAIA & the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) in 2023. 

Coach Dulin continues to be involved in the game in many roles outside of the College. In 2004, he was named an Envoy to Costa Rica while working for Major League Baseball International. While in Costa Rica, he taught the game to some and introduced it to others. He is also on the board of directors for the Roberto Clemente Foundation in Puerto Rico. He has served as the President of the NAIA Baseball Coaches Association, President of the Sunrise Conference, Executive Committee member of the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), NAIA Baseball Coaches Association representative to USA Baseball along with serving on the NAIA Council of Athletics Administration and the NAIA Administrative Counsel.

Prior to starting the Department of Athletics at Fisher College, Dulin was the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Baseball Coach at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy for two seasons (2000-01). Before embarking on a head coaching career, Dulin served as an assistant coach at his Alma matter, University of Maine-Farmington under longtime head coach Dick Meader. Coach Dulin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from UMF (Class of 1998), where he was a four-year starter in the infield and two-year captain of the Beavers. He earned his Masters of Education with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Endicott College in 2011.
