LYNN, MASS. -- The Fisher College men's basketball team took their second victory from Dean College in nail-biting fashion.  In their first match-up, the Falcons won 84-82 in regulation time and on Thurday evening the Falcons took a 78-75 victory from the Bulldogs.  With their victory, Fisher improves to 15-8 on the season while Dean falls to 12-10.  

The beginning of the game started off with a slow pace with Fisher getting on the board first when Malik Wilson hit a free throw to go up 1-0.  Almost two minutes later, Wilson netted a layup to put the Falcons up 3-0.  Kyle Holmes hit three free throws to put Fisher up 6-3 with just over 15 minutes left to play.  

Dean took a 12-11 lead, but Darrell Grady hit a back-to-back layup and jumpshot to put the Falcons back on top 15-12.  Fisher took a 28-20 lead over Dean after Richard Kennedy sunk one-of-two free throws with just over 6 minutes in the first half.  With 1:24 on the clock, the Bulldogs knotted the game at 38, but the Falcons were able to hold a 43-41 lead over Dean heading into the break.

During the second half, the lead bounced back and forth between teams until Dean's Justin White made a layup to give the Bulldogs their biggest lead of the game 69-63.  Wilson and Holmes combined for seven points to come within one point of Dean with just under five minutes left in the game.  

Dean went on a 3-0 run to take a 75-70 lead over the Falcons with 3:46 left on the clock.  Grady hit two free throws after a committed foul cutting the Bulldog lead to 75-72.  Fisher then went on a 5-0 run to finalize the game at 77-75.  

Holmes dominated for the Falcons with a game high 29 points and 9 rebounds.  Wilson added a double-double for the Falcons with 19 points and 12 rebounds.  Other key Falcons were Grady and DeAndre Pennington with eight points a piece.

The Falcons will return to action on Saturday, February 4 when they travel to Chestnut Hill, Mass. for a 1:00 p.m. match-up with Pine Manor College.
