Men's Basketball: Falcons stumble at UMFK

FORT KENT, MAINE – The Fisher College Men's Basketball team fell to the University of Maine Fort Kent, 95-78, bringing their record to 3-7 on the season, while the Bengals improve to 7-3.

Senior Ke'Andre Penceal (Coram, N.Y.) led the Falcons with 24 points in the loss. Junior Ezekiel Edwards (Ettrick, Va.) was active on the boards, pulling down 9 rebounds, while junior Anthony Douglas Jr. (East Hartford, Conn.) contributed 14 points to the effort.

For the Bengals, senior Aiden Grady (Portland, Ore.) was the top scorer with 22 points and 11 rebounds, completing a double-double performance. Junior Tarik Islamovic (Tuzla, Bosnia) added 17 points and 9 rebounds, while sophomore Maksim Vukevic (Kotor, Montenegro) and senior Jordan Guerrero (Miami, Fla.) each chipped in with 13 points.

Fisher will return to action in the new year on January 10th, when they face Florida National University at Temple Terrace, Fla., starting at 5 p.m. The Bengals will next take the court on December 13th, when they travel to the University of Maine Farmington for a 7:30 p.m. matchup.
