Men's Soccer: Falcons tripped up at Fort Kent

FORT KENT, MAINE - The Fisher College Men's Soccer team dropped a contest this afternoon to University of Maine Fort Kent, 5-0 at Fort Kents field. The loss sends the Falcon's to an overall record of 0-3. Fort Kent raises their record to 4-1.

The defensive effort for the Falcon's was led by senior goalkeeper Rafael Fabra (Sao Paulo, Brazil) with 2 saves in his 90 minutes of play. Fisher's defense also contributed 2 more saves for a total of 4 for the game.

Maine-Fort Kent's offense held strong with 4 out of the teams 5 goals made by senior Adil Iggoute (Reutlingen, Germany) with 2 assists from senior Ronaldo Watson (Portmore, Jamaica) and the other 2 assists by senior Marcell Holness (Manchester, Jamaica). The team's 5th goal was given by Merick Howard.

Both teams will be back in action when they return to the field this week. Fisher will be traveling to the University of Maine Presque Isle tomorrow to play at noon. Maine-Fort Kent will also be traveling to Bryant and Stratton College-Syracuse for a 4pm start.
