GWINNETT, GA. – The Continental Athletic Conference announced their weekly Player of the Week awards earlier today. Fisher College junior Eduardo Navarro (Tucson, Ariz.) was selected as the CAC Defensive Player of the Week after an outstanding two games between the pipes.

The Arizona native backstopped the Falcons to a pair of victories on the perfect 2-0 week. He recorded his first clean-sheet victory without seeing a shot in the team's 13-0 win over Vermont State University – Lyndon on Tuesday afternoon. Navarro followed that with a brilliant six-save effort in the team's 1-0 win over Bryant & Stratton College – Syracuse (N.Y.) yesterday morning.

Fresh off his first ever conference honor, Navarro will lead the Falcons into action this afternoon as they host Plymouth State University at 4pm inside the friendly confines of Hormel Stadium.
