M Volleyball: Inaugural season ends at Emerson

BOSTON, MASS. - The Fisher College Men's Volleyball team dropped a contest this evening to Emerson College, 3-0 inside the Brown Plofker Gymnasium with scores of 25-6, 25-11, and 25-17.

Senior Rafael Fabra (Soa Paulo, Brazil) paced the offensive attack for the Falcons with 3 kills and solo block while sophomore Ethan Marshall (Melbourne, Australia) followed with 2 kills and 7 digs. Junior Javier Garcia (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) collected 3 digs and sophomore Eduardo Navarro (Tucson, Ariz.) chipped in with 6 assists and 6 digs in the loss.

Emerson's offensive effort was led by Ben Dorsy with 8 kills and sophomore Jack Miessner (Phoenix, Ariz.) with 8 kills and 3 digs. Freshman Ramsis De Los Santos (Lawrence, Mass.) followed with 7 kills and sophomore Luke Roehm (Westport, CT) with 6 kills. Sophomore Bryson Beck (Fresno, Calif.) chipped in with 10 assists and 10 digs while freshman Bayden Slavik (Chicago, IL) added 23 assists in the win for the Lions.

Fisher ends their season 0-13. Emerson will play on Saturday where they will host Emmanuel and Rivier in a conference tri-match starting at 10am.
