Boston, MA – The Lady Falcons of Fisher College saw their five-game winning streak come to end at the hands of the Nichols College Bison Thursday afternoon at Breed Field in Lynn, MA.  Nichols took game one of the doubleheader, 20-2, before finishing off the doubleheader sweep with a 15-0 victory in the nightcap.

Freshman Morgan Selmi (Rohnert Park, CA) paced the Falcons, going 4-for-6 with 1 RBI in the doubleheader.  Kristina Brown (Dixon, CA/ 2-for-4), Jayla Vega (Hoboken, NJ/ 2-for-5, 1R), and Jade Bracero (Hoboken, NJ) 1-for-4, 1 RBI, 1 R) also contributed offensively for the Lady Falcons.

Vega took the loss for Fisher in game one, while freshman Victoria Park (Lynn, MA) suffered defeat in game two.

The Lady Falcons return to action Saturday evening when they host the Pine Manor College Gators in an NAIA-NCAA crossover matchup.  First pitch of the doubleheader is scheduled for 5:30 pm.
