Titusville, Fla.- The Falcons dropped to 0-9 on the season with 10-1 loss to The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.  The Pomeroys softball team improved to 9-0 on Thursday with a 10-1 win over Fisher. 

Emma Riffe led the Pomeroys at the plate with a 3-for-5 performance and five RBI's. The Pomeroys recorded five doubles on nine hits for the game. Sophomore Stephanie Richardson grabbed her third win of the season going all seven innings and striking out eight batters.

Victoria Park led the offense for the Falcons going 2-for-3 at the plate with two singles.  Morgan Selmi scored the lone run for the Falcons after hitting a double to leftcenter, moving over to third on Park's bunt, and scoring on a Kristina Brown sacrifice fly to centerfield.

The Falcons will return to action as they wrap up their spring trip on Friday, March 11.  The Falcons will take on Judson University for their third and final time this week.  The game is slated for 12:00 p.m. in Titusville, Florida.
