It was a tightly contest ballgame between the two programs through the first three quarters with the Falcons holding a 31-30 lead at halftime and then a 44-42 lead entering the final 10 minutes of action. Fisher then went on an 8-0 run over the opening four minutes of the 4th and held on for the victory.

It will be a quick turnaround for the Falcons as they travel to Smithfield, R.I. tomorrow afternoon for a 1pm tipoff at NCAA Division I opponent, Bryant University. Wellesley, meanwhile, will stay in D3 action next time out after the holiday break with a non-conference home contest with Worcester State University on Tuesday, November 30.
